Silencers/Separators

Our Silencers, separators, & customer tanks are fabricated in CHEVRON CP Chem™ HDPE with 150 lb. carbon or 316s/s slip flanges for the air/water inlet and air outlet; and a stainless NPT water outlet. Units are dimensionally similar to Burgess Manning WSDA and Vanec Model 175, Universal & Progentex, which are used with Gardner Denver Nash, Nash vacuum pumps, Nash Elmo, Somarakis, Vooner, Dekker, etc. liquid ring vacuum pumps.

Discharge Separators

Similar to the Silencer/Separators, Monarch can fabricate custom solutions for discharge separators made out of non-rusting material and has the erosion resistance HDPE is known for.

Inlet Separators

Inlet separators are fabricated in CHEVRON CP Hem™ HDPE with 150 lb. carbon or 316s/s slip flanges for the air/water inlet and air outlet; and a stainless NPT water outlet. Units are specifically designed to separate the water from the pump inlet stream for such applications as couch, felt tubes, vacuum filters, etc. before entering the liquid ring vacuum pump. Our units can be used with Gardner Denver Nash, Nash vacuum pumps, Nash Elmo, Somarakis, Vooner, Sihi, Armstrong Pump and Dekker vacuum pumps

Inlet and Discharge Manifolds

Inlet and discharge manifolds are fabricated CL & 904 liquid ring vacuum pumps. The manifolds can accoldate inlet spray nozzles. Manifolds are available for all liquid ring vacuums, such as Gardner Denver Nash, Nash vacuum pumps, Nash Elmo, Somarakis, Vooner, Sihi, Armstrong Pump and Dekker vacuum pumps.
